Fractal Market – Refund & Return Policy

At Fractal Market, we work with independent artists and creators to offer unique products. Many of our items are produced in small batches or are limited releases. Because of this, our return policy is designed to support both our customers and the creators we partner with.


Returns


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

 


Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Limited edition or one-of-one items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

 


Because many Fractal Market products are created by independent artists, these policies help ensure creators are fairly compensated.


Refunds


If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.


If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Fractal Market cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Please include:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

 


We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
